Bellview is a beautiful facility for your event and can be rented for most occasions. It is nestled in the heart of Eagle Place.

The hall can be used for many programs and activities like meetings, aerobic classes, dancing classes, movie nights, stage performances, martial arts classes, family reunions, special parties, and school functions.

The hall capacity is 150 people so it is big enough for most, and small enough for your needs.

Rental Fees:

Rental Rate – Revised rental rates – effective January 1, 2023

Available Saturday & Sunday afternoons – no alcohol
(Birthday’s, Christmas Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Family Reunions, Christenings & Celebration of Life)
Rental Rate (12 noon to 6 p.m. $200.00)- Surety deposit of $150.00 is required day of event

Rates include tables, chairs, stoves and refrigerators. We do not supply dishes, utensils, dishwashing soaps, dishwashing cloths or dish towels or other cloths for washing table Tops or Counters..

6:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. – $400.00
Afternoon $200.00 (noon – 6:00 p.m.)
Surety deposit of $150.00 is required day of event

Kitchen stove included(for warming only)

Group meeting rates available upon request

Payment:

Minimum deposit required – $200.00

EXCESS HOURS:

The licensee agrees to pay an additional fee of $90.00 per hour charge for each hour or portion thereof should the event exceed the contract time. This includes set-up and take down time. Surety deposit is refunded, usually within 10 days, if not needed for additional hours, janitorial or dumping fees and there has been no damage done to chairs, tables, etc..

Bellview Community Center/Hall is owned by the City of Brantford and, operated by The Kinsmen Club of Brantford, Incorporated.. We are a Non-profit Organization serving Brantford & Brant County. Kin Canada is an all-Canadian service organization made up of active community volunteers. Working together, members are enhancing the quality of life in their community’s by promoting service, fellowship, positive values and national pride. Kin clubs support cystic fibrosis (CF) research and fund local projects across the country. Our Motto – “Serving the Community’s Greatest Needs”.
